July 9 Psalm 101:6 Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me. The 101 Way to Happiness: The Scripture begins with these words: In the beginning God…and God then created man for one purpose…that he may dwell in the House of the Lord. Writes the Preacher: Jesus looks for faithful men (Looks – God in Search of Man), and then fixes His eyes on them if they are worthy to dwell in His house (Fixes -Why?), to observe them (What is the condition? If they are walking perfect), then he brings them forward (What for?), to encourage them to persevere and then to reward them (How?) by bringing them to dwell in the House of the Lord forever. For what purpose? To serve God forever. This Royal communion and usefulness are the wages of faithfulness. Matthew 25: 23 Well done good and faithful servant. You have been faithful with few things, I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share in My happiness.
